All prices are per day. Most lights come with the standard accessories, lamps, scrims and barndoors.

Business Hours	Open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 24 hour phone numbers available
Pickup and Delivery	$25.00 per delivery and pickup within the city limits (Colorado Springs, CO). For rentals totaling $450.00 or more the delivery within the 20 mile studio zone is free
Rental Period	We offer a 3 day week (Monday through Friday). Weekend rentals are charged at 1.5 day. - The minimum rental period is one day - All items must be returned by 10:00 a.m. - Items returned by noon will be charged an additional 1/2 day --rental; after 12 noon a full day will be charged
Terms and Conditions	- Rentals are made to firms with an established rental history with PSS. - New Clients will be required to pay for the rental in advance. - Rentals must be canceled at least 24 hrs. In advance to avoid a 12 day - rental charge. - All invoices are due within 10 days - A fee will be assessed on all late accounts at 1.5% per month
Insurance	The renter must provide a written insurance Binder that names Producers Group Studios as an additional loss / payee OR a nonrefundable damage loss fee of 5% will be required. - This coverage is a $1000.00 deductible and does not include loss due to - negligence.
Expendables	We carry a full line of expendables for our clients. Please request specific needs so that we can best serve you. All expendable will be charged as used. Duvetyne, Visqueen, Blackwrap, Rubber Matting, Rosco and Lee Gel Inventory, Diffusion and correction, Gaffers and Camera Tape, 1", 2" Black, White, Red, Dust off, Rope
Cleaning / Repair Fee	All equipment is rented in good condition and must be returned in the same condition to avoid a cleaning / repair fee.
